Kinect Sports Season 2 Announced With Six New Sports
Confirming previous rumors, Microsoft announced Kinect Sports Season 2, for its Kinect peripheral. The new motion-controlled arcade physical activity title introduces six new sports: baseball, golf, skiing, darts, tennis and American football. It will also include in-game voice commands and new Kinect gestures. Improvements on the gesture-based controls and general mechanics of the sports that were included in its previous outing are also promised.

Give Orders In Mass Effect 3 Using Kinect
Commander Shepard's third outing will allow gamers to make moral choices about which players should live and which ones should perish. The surprising thing? This can be accomplished (in the XBOX 360 version) using Kinect voice commands. Not only will this option be available when the game ships on March 6, but you will also have the opportunity to issue orders to your squad using this same technology.

Get Out Of Your Car In Need For Speed: The Run
It was announced today that Need For Speed: The Run will be the first game in the series to allow gamers to step out of their vehicles. During Electronic Arts' E3 press conference this afternoon, a member of the game's development team (from BlackBox in Vancouver,) revealed the game changing news. He went on to say that, not only will you be stepping outside of the vehicle, but you'll also be running like a madman to avoid pursuers, helicopters and other foes with malicious intent.

Dance Central 2 - the sequel to one of Kinect's most popular launch titles, has been officially announced. Allowing for gamers to import songs in from its predecessor, this sequel allows you to shake your digits to over one hundred songs at launch. That makes it the dance game with the most playable songs, by a long shot.

Rejoin The World Of Albion In Fable: The Journey
When Peter Molyneux took the stage at Microsoft's E3 press conference this morning, he confirmed the rumors about a new, in-development Fable title. He revealed Fable: The Journey - an on-rails (well, horseback) shooter set in the world of Albion. Molyneux promised that it will "connect you to the world of Albion like never before," using full motion Kinect controls for wielding and shooting magic. That's not much of a surprise, considering its domain registration was discovered along with a few Kinect titles.

Are you looking for an inexpensive way to help your kids relive a past trip to Disneyland? If you own a Kinect and an XBOX 360, you'll be able to do just that with this morning's announcement of Disneyland Adventures. A motion-controlled game that features a painstakingly recreated version of the popular theme park, character-themed mini-games and tons of Disney mascots to interact with. It'll be just like visiting the park - or at least, close to it. Especially since kids can make their own souvenirs using the Kinect Share website.
