Mortal Kombat 2 Will Reportedly Feature More Bloody Fatalities
One of the first things we learned about Mortal Kombat was that it'd bring the games' goretastic fatalities to the big screen intact. Writer Greg Russo and director Simon McQuoid delivered on that front, with fans recognizing many of the fatalities taken from across the franchise's 30-year history, including smashed heads, shattered arms, improvised heart surgery, souls sucked out, and a very satisfying death by garden gnome.

Marvel Teases New LGBTQ+ Hero With Pride Month Variant Cover
June is Pride month, and Marvel Comics is set to celebrate this in style with Marvel's Voices: Pride #1, a comic billed as their first-ever queer-centered special, which will put their growing collection of LGBTQ+ characters front and center. The issue will consist of several short stories with themes of "inspiration and empowerment," and contributors including Kieron Gillen, Olivier Coipel, Steve Orlando, Anthony Oliveira, Tini Howard, Vita Ayala, Kris Anka and Javier Garrón.

Anthony Mackie Reveals When Sam Decided To Take On The Captain America Mantle
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier fulfilled its promise of bringing big screen MCU action to Disney+. While WandaVision carved its own surreal path, this was much more familiar stuff that effectively felt like a new Captain America movie.
