Spider-Man: No Way Home Actor Is Hyped For Jamie Foxx Returning As Electro
I didn't think The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was that bad. It's not perfect, but I enjoyed the playful atmosphere and the way Electro's powers were incorporated into the score: His first confrontation with Spidey in Times Square and their final showdown at a power station are fun action sequences. All of which meant I was very happy when Marvel Studios confirmed that Jamie Foxx is reprising the role for Spider-Man: No Way Home.

After painfully long COVID-induced delays, Marvel Studios are back with a vengeance. Black Widow arrives next month, followed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in September, Eternals in November, and - my most anticipated MCU movie - December's Spider-Man: No Way Home. Now, after months of speculation as to which heroes and villains are appearing in the movie we now have some answers, as the first trailer has just dropped.

Netflix Just Announced A Creative Partnership With The Witcher’s Showrunner
The Witcher's first season was a global smash-hit for Netflix. Despite delays due to COVID and Henry Cavill picking up an injury, the second season is finally coming this December. It'll soon be followed by prequel series, The Witcher: Blood Origin, and anime movie The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, both of which will flesh out Andrzej Sapkowski's dark fantasy world for viewers. The streaming giant can thank showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich for this success: She's shepherded The Witcher franchise through development, maintained an open conversation with fans, and generally ensured that the spirit of Sapkowski's books remains intact.
