Kate Mulgrew Confirms She’ll Be Back For Star Trek: Prodigy Season 2
We still don't know when the first season of Star Trek: Prodigy will air, but it seems production has already begun on the next run. The animated show will debut on Nickelodeon, is aimed at younger viewers and will follow the adventures of a group of teenagers who steal an abandoned starship. Of particular interest to long-time Trek fans is that Kate Mulgrew is reprising the role of Captain Janeway for the first time since her brief appearances in 2002's Star Trek: Nemesis and 2006 video game Star Trek: Legacy.

Dave Chappelle Tests Positive For COVID-19, Cancels Texas Shows
Dave Chappelle has joined the 'celebrities with COVID-19' club at the worst time. The comedian, writer and actor was scheduled to perform a weekend of sold out shows at Austin's Stubbs Waller Creek Amphitheater over the coming days, but after a positive test, they've all been cancelled and he's entered quarantine. There's a twist, though: Chappelle had already completed the first of five shows on Wednesday night and if he's got COVID-19 now, then he was very likely infectious this week.

Michael Dorn Says He’s Ready To Return As Worf Whenever CBS Needs Him
Jean-Luc Picard's return to Star Trek was a hit. Sure, Picard had a couple of duff midseason episodes and turning the titular character into a synth was a strange choice, but it was nice to see Stewart at the helm of a starship, the show caused a spike in subscribers to CBS All Access and season 2 is filming soon. One of the best aspects, though, was the nostalgia trip of reuniting with The Next Generation's most beloved characters, with Riker, Troi and Data all making appearances. But as the season wrapped, there was one big absence that bugged me. Where the hell was Michael Dorn's Worf?

Watch: The Walking Dead Season 10C Trailer Teases Brand New Episodes
It's looking like adversity really does breed excellence. Like most TV shows The Walking Dead was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Last March post-production on season 10 shut down. According to showrunner Angela Kang the remaining episodes were completed in "dribs and drabs" as VFX houses reopened. The knock-on effect was that season 11 - the final season of the core show - is delayed until 2022. This would mean over a year between new episodes, which would threaten to kill off any momentum the show has built up.

Black Panther 2 Will Reportedly See Many Characters Fight For The Throne
There's been a lot of speculation as to how Black Panther 2 will deal with the tragic death of Chadwick Boseman. Kevin Feige has confirmed that we won't see a CG double and that the role won't be recast, meaning someone new will be the next ruler of Wakanda and the Black Panther. At the moment, it seems all but assured that it'll be Letitia Wright's Princess Shuri (so long as she stops staying stupid stuff on social media), but according to a new report by FandomWire, she's going to face some serious competition for the title.

Hulu Announces Over 90 New Movies/TV Shows For February
It's still a good idea to stay indoors as much as possible, so we need all the entertainment we can get. Fortunately, the various streaming services have kicked into overdrive over this last miserable year, with Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ serving up an apparently endless conveyor belt of content. Hulu has been no slouch, either, and have just confirmed what's hitting the service in February 2021.
