After Zack Snyder's Justice League, there's been a lot of renewed interest in Henry Cavill returning as Superman for Man of Steel 2. The sequel has been in various forms of development for years, with Christopher McQuarrie attached to direct and rumors of several spec scripts being produced. None of them ever made it into full production, though, and for now, it seems that Warner Bros. are rebooting the hero with the Ta-Nehisi Coates/J.J. Abrams project.

Armie Hammer isn't having a great 2021. The Call Me By Your Name and Lone Ranger star has been in hiding ever since a series of DMs and audio messages leaked in which he fantasized about enslaving woman, mutilating them and consuming their flesh. More recently, one of his former partners made an allegation of rape against him and he's currently under investigation by the LAPD.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is looking more and more likely to be the live-action counterpart to the amazing Into the Spider-Verse. Alfred Molina is back as Doctor Octopus, joining Jamie Foxx’s Electro. Beyond that, there are rumors that Marvel Studios has convinced both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield to slide into a Spidey-suit, bringing the three live-action webslingers together to kick some butt.

Amber Heard Feels Vindicated After Johnny Depp’s Appeal Is Denied By UK Court
Johnny Depp is having another bad week. After his defeat in the British High Court last year, his legal team immediately announced plans to appeal against the judgment. Yesterday, however, his application for permission to appeal was denied by the UK Court of Appeal, who ruled that the judgment was "full and fair" and that it couldn't "even arguably" be dismissed on an error of law.
