Resident Evil 3 Remake May Be Getting A Nintendo Switch Port
The Resident Evil 3 remake lands at the end of this week and I'm hoping it'll provide some nice escapism. After all, what better way to get away from current global events than by exploring a deserted and destroyed city riddled with a deadly virus? Oh well, at least in real life there isn't a gigantic murderous monster hellbent on tearing us limb from limb. Yet.

Fortnite Finally Reveals When You Can Play As Deadpool
Fortnite has seen an impressive array of licensed characters show up as promotional skins. Over the various seasons, players have been able to dress up as Batman, Harley Quinn, John Wick, Rey, Kylo Ren and even play as Thanos. The latest hero to come to the game is the merc with the mouth. Deadpool has been a presence in Chapter Two of the second season for a while now, with players able to discover his secret hideout within the game's Battle Pass menu and earn his katanas by completing special Deadpool challenges.

The Mandalorian Producer Teases More Clone Wars Characters For Season 2
There was a lot to like about The Mandalorian, but one thing I always appreciated was the end credits. These were played over pictures of concept art from the episode, often showing interesting differences in design from page to screen. The art was absolutely gorgeous and I watched them to the end every single time. They went down so well (generating many desktop wallpapers along the way), in fact, that it's almost certain they'll repeat them for season 2.

Jessica Chastain Turned Down A Major MCU Role In Doctor Strange
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is still listed as shooting June. This is despite not having a completed script, not having a director (Sam Raimi is still in negotiations and yet to be officially confirmed) and not having a firm cast in place. One actor from Doctor Strange who's not yet 100% confirmed to return is Rachel McAdam's Christine Palmer. While Palmer didn't have a huge amount to do in the first film, comics fans will know she becomes the hero Night Nurse - and if the character does appear in the sequel she'd be expected to take up that mantle.

New Star Wars Theory Says Snoke May Be A Clone Of Grand Moff Tarkin
The two years between The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi are what I like to think of as the golden age of Snoke fan theories. Introduced as a shadowy, mysterious and incredibly powerful hologram, the character seemed like he'd be the core of the new Star Wars trilogy. As such, there were theories that he was the legendary Darth Plagueis, that we'd see his home planet and even that he was secretly a woman.

Jeremy Renner’s Ex-Wife Slams His Plan To Use Coronavirus To Cut Child Support
Jeremy Renner is currently arguing that he should cut his child support payments by two thirds as the Coronavirus pandemic means he'll make less from acting in 2020. The star has been engaged in an acrimonious legal battle with his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco over the last year for sole custody of their daughter Ava. The current situation is that he's been ordered to pay $30k each month to his ex in child support payments but Renner and his legal team aren't happy, claiming that Pacheco is leeching his money away and using it as her personal slush fund.

Jeremy Renner May’ve Revealed That Hawkeye Is Delayed/Canceled
Jeremy Renner raised a few eyebrows this week when he used the Coronavirus pandemic as the basis for an application to cut his child support payments by a third. His argument is that the impact on the movie industry will substantially impact his earnings in 2020, which are already lower due to the fact that he isn't appearing in an MCU movie (aside from perhaps an appearance in Black Widow). His next major MCU project is the Disney+ show Hawkeye, which we heard in early February was due to shoot in September 2020 with a Fall 2021 release.

Idris Elba Shares Positive Update On His Coronavirus Diagnosis
Last week Idris Elba joined Tom Hanks in the 'A-Listers Suffering From Coronavirus' club. Both actors took to social media to share their diagnoses, and both have kept fans updated with how they've been doing. Tom Hanks seems to be on the mend, explaining recently that he thinks he and his wife are through the worst. Now Idris Elba looks to be in the clear too. Last night he posted an update on Twitter, in which he said being in quarantine was making him homesick, but that he's feeling okay.
