With DC recently following in the footsteps of Marvel by having an onscreen shared universe, various characters being granted cameos in movies not their own will now apparently be the norm at WB. Sometimes this can feel shoehorned and other times it can feel quite organic, while also succeeding in exciting fans. Such was the case with The Flash's guest appearance in Suicide Squad.
With just weeks remaining until the fall finale, Gotham looks to heat things up next week with what may be its most intense episode to air thus far this season. If the above trailer for "Mad City: The Executioner" tells us anything, it's that we're in for one hell of a nail biter.
Anyone who loves superheroes these days seems to have that one cartoon that resonated with them, leading to an undying love for it. Although he was very briefly showcased in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, many of us can likely agree that Jason Momoa's interpretation of Aquaman commands attention, a quality needed when playing an iconic hero who also happens to be the King of Atlantis.
Although only five episodes of the current season of Arrow have aired so far, I feel as though the series has reattained levels of excitement and intrigue that may prove to rival those of season 2, which is often hailed to be the best.

Just because Suicide Squad debuted in cinemas nearly three months ago doesn't mean those involved with its production have no surprises left up their sleeves. In fact, photographer Clay Enos recently Tweeted a couple new tasty treats that we're happy to share today.
Having drawn strong ratings for the first four episodes of its second season, it comes as no surprise that Fox has elected to give Lucifer a full season order, effectively extending the episode count of its sophomore run from 13 to 22. The additional nine offerings will not only give the producers more breathing room to develop characters and tell fully realized stories, but also afford viewers more opportunities to indulge in the series' trademark wit, humor, hedonism, and intrigue.
Judging from the above gallery, Supergirl won't be resting on its laurels anytime soon and will continue to make its mark on a prime time lineup that's already crowded by superheroes. Sure, it all starts with the script, but these new images really speak to the effort put forth by those involved in costuming, makeup, and production design.
