Watch The Intense, Incredible Opening Fight Scene From Hannibal Season 2
If I could describe NBC's Hannibal in one word, it would be: intense. Wonderfully crafted, beautifully haunting and downright awesome, the show caught us all by surprise last year. On paper, a prequel chronicling the early relationship between Dr. Hannibal Lecter and FBI Special Agent Will Graham was an uneasy proposition. Prequels are inherently full of problems, especially when they focus on iconic characters like these. Luckily, Bryan Fuller found a wildly exciting angle to explore and put all of our concerns to rest. Season one was a tightly controlled series of events that laid the groundwork for the series' inevitable conclusion, but left us with a fair share of surprises and burning questions as well.

NBC Resurrecting Heroes As A Miniseries In 2015
Well, this was unexpected. During the telecast of the Olympics coverage late Saturday night, NBC aired a promo spot that teased the return of what was once their most beloved show: Heroes. Unfortunately, it was extremely brief and revealed nothing but the title, Heroes Reborn, and the release date, 2015.

20 New X-Men: Days Of Future Past Images Released, Because Why Not?
Marvel dominated the comic-book news cycle this week with Guardians of the Galaxy, leaving other studios with upcoming superhero projects frantically vying for some of the spotlight. Sony gave us our first good look at Dane DeHaan as the Green Goblin in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Fox announced their lineup for the Fantastic Four reboot, and the DC rumor mill told us that Michael B. Jordan has met with Zack Snyder for Batman Vs. Superman. So, it should come as no surprise that 20 new images have surfaced for X-Men: Days of Future Past, reminding fans that the mutants will be arriving sooner than the Guardians.

The LEGO Movie Sequel Lands 2017 Release Date
Everything is awesome for LEGO fans right now. The LEGO Movie debuted to extremely positive reviews and has grossed over $200 million within just two weeks at the box office. It's predicted to dominate again this weekend and today we have word that Warner Bros. is fast-tracking the sequel for a 2017 release. Before The LEGO Movie even came out, the studio hired Jared Stern (Wreck-It Ralph) and Michelle Morgan (Girl Most Likely) to pen the sequel, which, according to Collider, has just been given the release date of May 26, 2017.

Marvel Looking At Mads Mikkelsen For Doctor Strange
The fact that Marvel Studios is looking to make a Doctor Strange film is the worst-kept secret in Hollywood. President of Production Kevin Feige has talked multiple times about wanting to bring the Sorcerer Supreme to the big screen, and though we don't have official confirmation just yet, Doctor Strange showed up on a recently leaked list of Marvel's Phase 3 line-up and yesterday we got word about four directors that the studio is meeting with to talk about the project. Now, Bleeding Cool is adding more fuel to the fire by reporting that the Marvel is also looking for their leading man.

Bryan Singer Is Basically Turning Beast Into The Hulk For X-Men: Days Of Future Past
Bryan Singer's return to the X-Men franchise will soon be upon us, and right now everyone is a little skeptical about X-Men: Days of Future Past. To Singer's credit, it's quite possibly the most ambitious superhero film to date, reuniting nearly every major cast member from the original trilogy and placing them in a film with the leads from Matthew Vaughn's prequel, First Class, in a fight for survival that takes place over the course of two time periods. He'll have to work extremely hard to balance out the film's enormous cast while telling a potentially complicated time-travel story and laying the groundwork so that the franchise can leave its complicated history behind and move forward in a bold new direction.

A LEGO Ninjago Movie Could Arrive Before The LEGO Movie Sequel
There's no denying that Warner Bros. has struck gold with The LEGO Movie, which is not only earning rave reviews but has just passed the $200 million mark at the global box office (which is pretty great considering the movie's only been out about three weeks). The studio now has a hit franchise on their hands and a sequel has already been given the green light. Fantastic Four Reboot Cast Finally Revealed
It's hard to tell for certain what's really going on with Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot over at 20th Century Fox since we haven't been given any official plot details just yet. Today, however, the project has taken another step forward as Variety is reporting that the titular superhero group has been cast.
