The Devil is real. That is the only plausible explanation for the news that Mila Kunis will be making a guest appearance on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Some might argue that the reason she is appearing on the show is because she is engaged to one of its stars, half-man Ashton Kutcher, but that really only bolsters the theory of Satanic intervention.

Girls Review: “Flo” (Season 3, Episode 9)
A mere five episodes after "Dead Inside," the episode in which Hannah was at her most unsympathetic due to her callousness toward her editor David's death, Girls is back to the death theme already. This time it is with someone Hannah knew a lot more personally--her grandmother--and as a result she at least shows some genuine emotion this time around. The show itself, though, seems to mostly be going through the motions.

Playing the character of Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad has without a doubt defined Aaron Paul's career. Everywhere he goes these days, people no doubt feel totally comfortable calling him "Bitch" to his face, all on account of his signature catch phrase as Walter White's partner in the manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine. When an actor has a role that iconic, it can be difficult to escape from its shadow. Aaron Paul wishes to sidestep that dilemma by doubling down on Pinkman in Better Call Saul.

Shooting Starts In October For James Bond 24, According to Ralph Fiennes
Director Sam Mendes did a pretty bang-up job with Skyfall, the last entry in the James Bond franchise, so imagine the collective joy of every guy out there who orders his martinis shaken, not stirred (adding, "You know, like in those movies") when it was announced that Mendes would return for James Bond film number 24. Now, actor Ralph Fiennes, who made his debut as the new M in Skyfall, has apparently forgotten the old spy adage "loose lips sink ships" (or is it pirates who say that?) and let slip that the next Bond film will begin filming in October.

Two More Indiana Jones Movies May Be On The Way
When last we heard of the Indiana Jones franchise, it had been bought up by Disney and producer Frank Marshall was dropping hints that something new might be in the works. Comedy Central Orders Up Season 2 Of Broad City
If you haven't been watching the first season of Broad City on Comedy Central, you've been missing out on one of the funniest new shows on television. Produced by Amy Poehler and starring two UCB alums, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, it's kind of like Girls without the sense of entitlement or Sex and the City without all the shoe shopping. In other words, it's nothing like those shows.

Let's face it: in True Detective, women get the short end of the stick. While Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey get to be the tragically flawed heroes, pursuing justice at the cost of their slowly unraveling sanity, the women of the show are cheated upon, abused, and murdered. It's hard out there in the Deep South for the ladies, and it sure would be nice to see them get their day to shine. Or gradually descend into madness. Whatever.

Girls Review: “Incidentals” (Season 3, Episode 8)
What is it like to get what you want? Hannah came very close when she landed her first book contract, but then that fell apart. Now she has a job that isn't quite what she wanted but might turn out to be what she needed: a salaried writing job that provides her with a steady income (more than her rent!) even if it does not feed into her artistic aspirations. Adam, on the other hand, has obtained what he wanted: a role in a play on Broadway. How will it affect his relationship with the newly compromised Hannah? We haven't quite found out yet, but this week's episode of Girls offers some pretty strong hints that there is conflict on the horizon.

Eli Roth’s Next Film Will Be Knock Knock
Torture porn aficionado and Bear Jew Eli Roth will be returning to the director's chair to follow up The Green Inferno with another movie that will no doubt involve long, overly-detailed torture sequences that will appeal to the sort of people I generally try to avoid on the subway. The title of that movie also happens to be the first two words of every joke you've ever heard from a five year-old girl: Knock Knock.
