Dane Cook In Answers To Nothing Trailer
Comedian Dane Cook looks to be returning to the drama genre in Matthew Leutwyler's latest film Answers to Nothing. The Film Stage has the first trailer for the film and it sort of feels like a bland drama that tries intertwining several stories to confuse the viewer and possibly cover up the poor acting or lack of direction. Dane Cook doesn't fit the role at all; he honestly doesn't fit any roles in the drama genre.

Trailer Of The Week: What Doesn’t Kill You
Based on events from director Brian Goodman's real life; What Doesn't Kill You is a gritty crime drama that takes place in Boston and follows two best friends, Brian (Mark Ruffalo) and Paulie (Ethan Hawke) just trying to get by on life doing whatever quick buck job floats there way. Soon, petty crimes turn into serious offenses which lands both of them in jail. After being released Brian decides to clean up his life and do right by his family while Paulie is lining up the next heist.

Full Trailer For The Human Centipede 2
Director Tom Six shocked the world when he released his horror film The Human Centipede (First Sequence). The film was considered sick and disgusting by most because of its incredibly silly story involving a lunatic doctor attaching his patient's from ass to mouth, forming a human centipede. What surprised me was how weak the film actually was in terms of blood and gore. Sure, the idea was creepy and uncomfortable but the actual execution was rather tame. I've seen dozens of brutal films that are far more disturbing than The Human Centipede.

Justin Lin Leaves Terminator 5 For The Time Being
Director Justin Lin has been a hot ticket in Hollywood ever since he resurrected the Fast/Furious series with Fast Five, easily the best of the bunch. After that success he was offered the director's chair for both Terminator 5 and the Highlander reboot. He joined both productions and ending up dropping Highlander shortly after due to schedule restraints. Now, The Film Stage is reporting that Lin has left Terminator 5 for the time being. Terminator 5 would mark the return of Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger. Rights owner Megan Ellison was hoping to get the production going by the fourth quarter of 2012. The original plans were for two Terminator films to get squeezed in back to back, before the rights revert back to James Cameron in 2018, but with Lin currently busy with The Fast and the Furious Six, it doesn't look like that will be an option for him.

Skateland Blu-Ray Review
I know what you're thinking; another coming-of-age story set in the 80's, how original. Skateland is another entry in the popular genre, but it has the least going for it. Anthony Burns makes his directorial debut with Skateland and while he shows his skills as a director and producer he still has some work to do as far as the writing goes. Skateland does an excellent job in recreating the 80's, with its music, setting and general free flowing characters, but it has problems focusing on what it's trying to achieve.

The Thing Prequel Gets A Red Band Trailer
Universal's prequel to John Carpenter's horror classic The Thing, simply titled The Thing (how original) is just around the corner and the latest red band trailer, provided by Bad Ass Digest is just another stern reminder that the film will most likely suck. Early word was that the film used a lot of practical effects, something that really made the original film that much more innovative, but this latest trailer shows nothing but CGI.

David Fincher’s The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo 8 Minute Preview Impressions
Last night while attending a screening for Sony's Straw Dogs remake, the audience was given an 8 minute compilation of clips from David Fincher's upcoming film The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. I was unaware of this footage being presented and I think most people felt the same way. It took us all by surprise and that made it all the better. Before diving into my quick recap I can say one thing for sure, the footage presented was better than the entire Straw Dogs film that was to follow it!

Conan O’Brien Can’t Stop Blu-Ray Review
In 2010 talk show host Conan O'Brien was fired by NBC after getting screwed around because Jay Leno's new show wasn't performing well, which would result in Leno getting pushed back and Conan facing the ax. O'Brien being the comedian that he is decided it would be best to take advantage of his no TV, internet or radio clause from NBC and do a roadshow called the Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour and director Rodman Flender decided to tag along and document the whole thing.
