Dead Island Gameplay Tour Trailer
A new gameplay tour trailer has been released for the highly anticipated zombie game, Dead Island. The trailer is quite extensive and it focuses on several key things that make it different from other zombie games. One key thing that really stuck out for Dead Island was the open world mixed with first person. Judging by the trailer it seems that they really managed to make this a huge open world. You literally have the entire island at your disposal and you can do whatever you please. From the main missions to just cruising around and running over zombies, the options really are endless.

Three New Posters For Horrible Bosses
The news keeps rolling out for the upcoming comedy, Horrible Bosses. If the hilarious debut trailer and the news about Jennifer Aniston possibly appearing nude in the film wasn't enough, then I don't know what will please you. What I do know is that Warner Bros. has released three character posters and they look great. I love where they're going with this film and I sure hope it turns out as funny as it looks. It's kind of hard to mess up a comedy like this with an all-star cast that includes Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx.

Second Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Clip
Yesterday, we posted the first clip for the upcoming Michael Bay CGI fest, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The first clip was very tame considering that most people see these movies for the impressive special effects and massive amounts of carnage and destruction.

Jay Baruchel In Good Neighbors Trailer
I just can't take Jay Baruchel seriously. The guy is one funny actor and I really do enjoy his comedies, but after watching the trailer for the upcoming horror film, Good Neighbors, I couldn't help but to laugh. The movie looks ridiculously mediocre and having funny man Jay playing a more straight and narrow character seems like one horrible casting decision. I'm hoping that I am wrong and that the movie turns out good. Who knows, Jay could have what it takes to jump genres, but the horribly cut trailer isn't doing him any favors.

New Super 8 Clip
June 10th is right around the corner and the mystery of Super 8 is still very much alive. They have slowly started to release some clips to the public, but they made sure not to give away any surprises. SlashFilm has provided us with a new 35 second clip that really displays the great special effects. The clip starts off midway into a train being destroyed, which I am assuming is due to a truck being in the middle of the road, unless they managed to cut the trailer from a different train wreck, but that seems unlikely.

Gareth Edwards Not Directing Monsters Sequel
Last year director Gareth Edwards gave us one of the better science fiction films of the year and probably one of the best "monster" movies ever made. It was made on a very limited budget and it relied on its unique story and two great leads. The film was titled Monsters and I admit that the title might have been a bit misleading, but the film turned out much better than expected and I really enjoyed it. We reviewed both the Blu-Ray of the film and the theatrical release of the film.

Brad Pitt In New Tree Of Life Clip
Two weeks ago we posted the first clip from Terrence Malick's upcoming film, The Tree of Life. The clip was very subtle, but beautiful, much like Malick's last films. Now, thanks to The Film Stage, we can present you with another clip. Unlike the last clip, this one features Brad Pitt, who is teaching is two sons how to fight. The clip shows the type of relationship that the boys have with their father and it paints a clear picture to the kind of father Brad Pitt is playing.

David Hasselhoff Joins Piranha 3DD
David Hasselhoff has been added to the list of confirmed actors. This announcement will definitely help set the tone for the sequel to one of the goriest films of 2010. Piranha 3D worked so well because director Alexandre Aja managed to find a balance between a completely cheesy and fun summer movie crossed with an extremely gory horror movie. I hope that they can recreate the same fun that was had in Piranha 3D by bringing back some of the original cast and signing on a whole bunch of crazy icons like Hasselhoff and Busey.

Horrible Bosses Trailer
The trailer for director Seth Gordon's new film, Horrible Bosses, has gone online! The movie is about three men who plan to kill their horrible bosses. Judging by what we see here, it looks hilarious and I can't wait to see the film. Jason Bateman once again looks like he'll deliver another great comedic performance and the rest of the cast is impressive as well. It's also nice to see the R rating as I'm sure the film will benefit heavily from it. We don't have many promising comedies coming this summer so hopefully this one can lighten up what looks to be an action heavy next couple of months at the box office.

L.A. Noire Launch Trailer
L.A. Noire is finally being released next Tuesday! After several delays causing it to be pushed back from it’s slated 2010 release to 2011, we will finally be able to get our hands on this remarkable looking game. I for one can’t wait to get my hands on this game. The graphics look stunning and the game play looks very extensive.
