Launch Trailer Released For The Walking Dead: 400 Days
The wait for more of Telltale's excellent episodic series based on The Walking Dead is set to end this week. While the start of the full second season of the choice-based adventure series isn't due until sometime this autumn, The Walking Dead: 400 Days, a standalone episode that will be released as DLC for the first season, is about to start its launch across several consoles, kicking off with the North American PlayStation 3 version as part of tonight's PlayStation Network update.

Double Fine’s Massive Chalice Ends Its Kickstarter Run
Double Fine, the independent game studio founded by famed developer Tim Schafer, already made history with the Kickstarter campaign for their upcoming point-and-click adventure Broken Age, with over $3 million made via pledges. Now, the studio has finished its second attempt at Kickstarter funding with the tactical fantasy game Massive Chalice, and has found success yet again.

Urban Trial Freestyle Now Available For The 3DS
Urban Trial Freestyle, a sidescrolling motorbike-centric stunt and racing game from Tate Interactive, is now available for the 3DS via the Nintendo eShop. Originally released on the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, this version of the game costs £6.29 in the UK, $6.99 in North America, and 6,99 € in Europe. Featuring over 45 levels, the game includes three modes - Time Attack, Challenge and Stunt Mode, as well as the option to challenge friends and players who have registered times on the ingame leaderboards via ghost data.

Layton Brothers Mystery Room Now Available For iOS
Developer Level-5 has published a whopping five entries in the hit DS and 3DS Professor Layton series, with the sixth already out in Japan. However, a new spinoff entry in the series has been both announced and released, but not on a Nintendo platform. For this new title, Layton Brothers Mystery Room, Level-5 has jumped ship to iOS, with the game available for newer iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad models.

Costume Pack DLC Now Available For Guacamelee
The first pack of downloadable content for Drinkbox Studios' Guacamelee is now officially available on PlayStation Network for $1.99 in North America after initially being pulled due to technical problems, and will soon launch in Europe for €1.59 or £1.25. Simply titled Costume Pack, the DLC contains three new costumes for players to equip the playable brawlers Juan and Tostada with.

Project X Zone Now Available For The Nintendo 3DS
Project X Zone, a crossover-fueled strategy RPG, is available as of today for the 3DS, both in stores and on the Nintendo eShop. The game is published by Namco Bandai, and includes various familiar characters from their catalog, along with Capcom and Sega. Players can expect to command characters from Street Fighter, Mega Man, Resident Evil, Tekken, and Space Channel 5, among many others.

Volition Collaborating With Modders For Saints Row On PC
Volition, the THQ-turned-Deep Silver developer of the Saints Row series, is in the process of something that will excite fans of the franchise who have sunk time into the PC versions of Saints Row 2 and Saints Row: The Third. While modding communities for both games have existed for a while, Jeff Thompson, the company's director of programming, is working on official engine tools for both games to share with fans.
