When news broke that both Sam Neil and Laura Dern would be reprising their roles from the original Jurassic Park for the upcoming sequel, Jurassic World: Dominion, many wondered to what extent. After all, Jeff Goldblum was back as Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, but only in the opening and closing scenes.
Following the conclusion of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel Studios and the MCU have hit a transition period. They'll be moving on from iconic and well-known superheroes like Iron Man and Captain America to something new and different. There'll be some fresh faces like the Eternals and Shang-Chi as well as the continuation of such popular characters as Thor, Doctor Strange and the Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s been a long and winding road for My Spy to get a release. The Dave Bautista movie was originally set to come out in August of 2019 but was eventually delayed to 2020 where each month, another release date would be scrapped. Then, COVID-19 happened and any notion of a theatrical debut was long gone.
