Jennifer Garner knows ‘where to draw the line’ with Ben Affleck, but John Miller fears her ex will ‘blur the boundaries’

Unless Garner ends it, Affleck will never stop needing her "friendship."

Allowing your partner’s ex-husband into your life, seeing him spend holiday after holiday with her, witnessing their paparazzi pictures, and watching all this from the sidelines because you are a supportive partner. Sounds like hell, doesn’t it? That’s John Miller’s life right now, and if reports are true, it is about to get much worse.

It is now almost a year since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez went their separate ways. At the time, it made sense that he would rely on Jennifer Garner, his safe corner in the world, despite their divorce. He sought the comfort of spending time with his kids and his ex-wife-slash-friend, who has been there for him in his toughest times. But even now, when the divorce has been officialized, the Good Will Hunting allegedly shows no signs of acknowledging that his ex-wife is in a pretty serious relationship that is probably suffering because of his constant presence.

What do you think can make it even worse for Miller? Affleck and Garner merging their professional lives as well.

As RadarOnline’s source, the actor wants to work with Garner again – they last starred as the lead couple in Marvel’s Daredevil. According to the source, he wants to star with her in a film and possibly produce films with her under his studio company, Artists Equity (which he founded with his friend and fellow actor Matt Damon).

“That friendship is going to make it very easy for Garner to work with Matt and Affleck’s studio, and even get some of her own projects done. She has a special voice as a filmmaker, with a gift for romantic comedies and feel-good stuff, as opposed to the dramas and thrillers Ben and Matt usually make.”

But as per the outlet, this is the opposite of the distance Miller has been demanding Garner bring between her and Affleck since he doesn’t trust his girlfriend will be able to fend of her ex-husband’s attempts to cross the lines.

“For Jen, working with Ben’s studio would be a no-brainer. Even if Ben blurs the boundaries between them, she knows where to draw the line. But that’s likely not enough to keep John happy.”

Miller, Garner, or even Affleck are yet to address the growing rumours around their odd dynamic. But since the actor broke his silence in hopes of ending Lopez’s victim image, maybe his newfound willingness to talk about his personal life will also allow him to explain why he is content being the third wheel in his ex-wife’s relationship.
