10 Characters We’d Love To See As DLC In Injustice 2

Unless you've been hiding under a rock or playing exclusively on the Nintendo Switch, you should know that Injustice 2 dropped on May 16th – and it's one of the best fighting video games in a long, long time. In my fellow colleague's review of it, he described how "its feature set is among the best in the genre, and there's plenty of reasons to keep playing even after the story ends." Yip, that's a pretty good summary of how we feel about it.

Tim Drake (Red Robin)

With most of the other Robins getting a run out in this series, it’s a travesty that Tim Drake hasn’t made a single appearance just yet. As the smartest of Batman’s many partners, Tim could be the intelligent fighter that we all crave to play as in Injustice 2.

Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin rely more on their respective weapons to do battle, whereas we envision Red Robin utilizing his brains and gadgets much in the same way that Batman does. Also, if the developers go with the New 52 design of the character, they could give him the winged cape, which gives him the ability to glide and execute awesome aerial attacks.

While it’s entirely possible we’ll see Tim as a premier skin for Robin, we’d much rather prefer to have him as an original character, complete with his own moveset and personality. After all, Tim is no second-class Robin and deserves a moment in the spotlight, too.
