9) Seth Gecko
I wanted From Dusk Till Dawn represented on this list because of its cult popularity, but it was a struggle picking Seth. How much fun would it be to fight as Sex Machine, blasting enemies with your cock gun, or as Frost, spearing enemies with table legs? But, Seth is the only one who stays un-vampified, so he earns the right to fight in Mortal Kombat. Who cares what side he’s on – maybe Seth is just looking for his next big score and gets tangled up with some bad Netherrealm dudes?
Seth is a brawler and there’s no doubt about it. His criminal activities make him a pretty adept fighter, as well as a professional handler of firearms – think Erron Black. Furthermore, he’s pretty intuitive and has smarts to boot, which helped him when surrounded by a horde of vampire strippers.
One fatality absolutely has to include Seth’s jackhammer-stake machine, and plenty of combos can be whipped up with his many combat skills. I’m not saying he’s Johnny-Cage-good at martial arts, but he’s got enough punch to make his presence known in the tournament.
