8) A New Take On The Superhuman Registration Act

While fans have been desperate to see Civil War brought to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for years now, the fact that this world contains nowhere near the same amount of heroes as the comic book version has been one major talking point, as has the fact that pretty much none of The Avengers actually have secret identities.
[zergpaid]Marvel Studios has gotten around the first point by making the story more personal, while the second has been handled by taking Captain America’s focus away from protecting the identities of his fellow heroes and placing it more on ensuring their freedom from government control. As that also factored into the comics, it’s far from a major departure, while using Sokovia as the incident which kicks all this off is certainly a smart move.
