The 10 Most Epic Moments In The Captain America: Civil War Trailer

While the first trailer for Captain America: Civil War came pretty much out of nowhere when it debuted last week, it certainly made a lasting impression, even if it did quickly become apparent that this movie will greatly differ to the comics. That's no bad thing of course, but the inspiration is clearly there, and as long as Steve Rogers and Tony Stark are still beating the living hell out of each other, fans are going to have absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to this highly anticipated release.

Wait, did Marvel just spoil the death of a major character in the Captain America: Civil War trailer? Considering the fact that we see Bucky attempting to tear the arc reactor from the chest of the Iron Man suit a little later on in this preview, probably not, but Rhodey certainly appears to be badly injured here.

What’s particularly interesting about this though is the fact that War Machine’s chest wound is eerily similar to the one Goliath received during the Civil War comic book, though that actually left him dead after he was blasted through the chest by a clone of Thor. This definitely seems to be some sort of vague nod to that, and of all the characters likely to become a casualty in this movie, War Machine has to be somewhere near the top of the list.
