6) Domino

Before it was revealed that Morena Baccarin will be playing Copycat in Deadpool, the majority of comic book fans were hoping she had been cast as Domino.

A mutant with good luck powers, the character can make any bad situation good (if she jumps from a hotel window during a gunfight for example, don’t be surprised if there will be a pool below to break her fall), and just so happens to be a tough as nails ass-kicker, too.

Like Wade, Domino was a mercenary before joining the X-Men, so these two crossing paths would make a whole lot of sense. Her unique abilities are very different to what we’ve seen on screen before and are pretty much perfect for all different sorts of sight gags which would fit in well in this kind of movie.
