4) The Purple Man

As great as Jessica Jones sounded, it was always hard to imagine it topping Daredevil. As it turns out, however, it may have just done that, and while it was light on colourful costumes and secret identities, the compelling dynamic between the titular character and the likes of Luke Cage and David Tennant’s Kilgrave made it every bit as exciting for fans.

The show’s best moment came when Kilgrave gave himself a power upgrade and, in a blink and you’ll miss moment, went purple during his final confrontation with Jessica. That being said, it was really her actions which stood out here, as the Private Eye managed to fool the egotistical villain and finished him off in a deservedly brutal fashion.
