9) Green Arrow

Despite the fact that Stephen Amell has now suited up as Green Arrow in The CW series, there’s nothing to say that another version of the character couldn’t show up in Justice League. After all, we’re going to be getting a second Barry Allen/The Flash courtesy of Ezra Miller, and with Warner Bros. making it clear that their TV and film properties are being kept separate, another Oliver Queen doesn’t seem like a huge stretch.

It’s honestly quite surprising that Zack Snyder hasn’t used this character in Batman V Superman, given the key role he played in The Dark Knight Returns, and an older and experienced Green Arrow – goatee and all – being utilized in Justice League would be great for fans to see. It could also lead to that long rumoured Supermax movie (which would feature Green Arrow fighting villains behind bars after being wrongly imprisoned).
