Avengers Vs. X-Men

After seeing a big screen adaptation of Civil War and Spider-Man finally joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers Vs. X-Men is the next big dream movie for comic book fans.

The obvious issue here is that Fox hold the rights to the X-Men and show no sign of giving them up (why would they?), so the only way this one becomes a reality in Phase 4 is if they and Marvel Studios can reach a deal to make it happen.

Let’s face it, combining these two franchises for one epic event movie would be nothing short of incredible, and may very well break box office records. Hell, if Hugh Jackman could be talked into returning – close your eyes for a second and imagine his Wolverine squaring off with Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man – this could even dethrone Avatar.

Whether or not it will actually happen is hard to say, but keep your fingers crossed…
