Deadpool's journey to the big screen has been fascinating to watch, and while the leaked screenplay didn't get it the green light, the overwhelmingly positive response to the leaked footage which followed most certainly did. However, it was always hard to believe that the movie was really happening, and Fox's track record made it even harder to be sure that it would actually be any good.

When Deadpool finally looks set to take revenge on Ajax for everything he’s done to him, Colossus interrupts and delivers one of those touching and inspirational speeches which in most comic book movies would result in the lead having a change of heart and sparing the villain.

Deadpool isn’t like other comic book movies though, and mid-speech, he just shoots Ajax in the head. It’s an awesome moment, but even funnier is what follows, as poor old Colossus ends up throwing up everywhere. Being a member of the X-Men, he’s clearly not used to the sight of blood.
