Throughout the years, we've seen famous Batman storylines inspire several film adaptations. From The Dark Knight Returns influence in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice to the No Man's Land tone of The Dark Knight Rises, the comic books continue to be the biggest source of ideas for the Caped Crusader's cinematic adventures. Now, if only 20th Century Fox could've convinced Josh Trank to read a Fantastic Four book before his botched effort.

Damian must appear in the DCEU. There’s no way that the universe will ignore the current Robin and leader of the Teen Titans. How he makes his debut, though, is the big question.

We’ve already seen an adaptation of Grant Morrison’s Batman and Son in 2014’s animated film Son of Batman, yet it could still find its way into the live-action realm as well. Not only is it an absorbing story of deception and action, but it also carries a strong theme about family and that’s central to the whole being of Batman. Also, imagine Bruce having to control his brutal beatings of criminals to show Damian that there’s a better way to dish out justice?

We’re willing to bet good money that we’ll see parts of Batman and Son used in a future Dark Knight film in some way or another. As said before, it’s unlikely that Damian will be ignored, as he’s critical to the current mythos.
