For all the talk of the Marvel Cinematic Universe being one big connected timeline, it's basically made up of two separate continuities – that of the films and the TV shows. While the Netflix series contain the odd oblique reference to The Avengers and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. sports the odd movie guest star like Lady Sif or even Nick Fury, there really isn’t too much go-between among them.

Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson’s Claire Temple is one of the few characters to turn up in both Daredevil and Jessica Jones. In her capacity as a nurse, she has helped both of those vigilantes (as well as Luke Cage, who will shortly get his own series, too) get out of some tight spots.

Fans will know that Claire is basically the MCU’s version of Night Nurse, a comics character who runs her own private clinic to treat superheroes after they have been in their usual scraps. Given that, it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for Dawson to appear in the movies.

She doesn’t even have to be named. Just have Steve Rogers (I have a feeling she would be on Team Cap) be stitched up by her at one point.
