Harley And Joker’s Pet Hyenas To Appear In Suicide Squad

Recommended Videos

This was a bit of a fun one, but proof that Umberto Gonzalez doesn’t always get his scoops right. Posted on his Instagram page, Umberto claimed that Harley Quinn would wear a lot of different outfits and we’d see her and the Joker’s pet hyenas in Suicide Squad. Okay, it’s half true, so we’ll give him 5/10 for this hot tip.

The change of outfits was indeed correct, and we did catch a glimpse of her beloved jester suit made famous in Batman: The Animated Series, but no sign of the hyenas. Maybe they ended up on the editing room floor along with the rest of Jared Leto’s pride, or the animals tried to attack him after he sent them a vegan platter to help tap into his despicable character. Who knows?

There’s always the chance that the pet hyenas will pop up further down the line, too, so let’s not get too despondent about this. If Slipknot can get a cameo in a DC film, surely so can those little rascals, right?
