9 Messed Up Moments In Disney Movies That You Probably Didn’t Catch

I think I have made it clear through a lot of my articles here at We Got This Covered that I am a fan of animated Disney films. It is a love I have carried with me since childhood. However, I have always heard rumors of Disney hiding some pretty messed up stuff in their cartoons. But in an era before the internet, it was quite hard to prove.

5) Priest Gets Erection – The Little Mermaid

The Little Mermaid was the movie that opened my eyes to how sick Disney really was. First of all, even I noticed how twisted the cover of the film is. Part of you thinks that is where it will end though, but that’s just the tip of the pink mushroom. The REAL shocking moment in The Little Mermaid was the scene where the priest who is marrying the fish and human dude suddenly gets a visible erection. Granted, it is not much of an erection, but it’s clearly there.

This is one of the examples when Disney tried to come out and call everyone nuts, saying it’s the priest shifting one of his knees. Yet, if you watch it, do his feet move at all? Nope. You know what that means, right? Priest boner, for sure. The way I see it is at least this is one priest from the 90’s who was not getting an erection over a kid. He was getting an erection over a man marrying a fish……Actually, that’s pretty f*cking weird, too, come to think of it.
