Guardians Of The Galaxy: Which Guardian Are You?

More than any other Marvel movie, Guardians Of The Galaxy takes a group of outcasts without a home and turns them into saviors of the universe, but aside from their equally renegade nature, each Guardian is very different from the rest. Looking at Groot and Rocket alone, you see how each member relies on one another, utilizing each other's strengths while helping to quell any unsavory traits, but no single Guardian is actually alike. When you look at the group, we all see ourselves in only one of the Guardians - so let's figure out which Guardian we are!

Drax the Destroyer

Simply put, you kick ass. You’re a fighter in every aspect of your life, you’re in peak physical condition and a dead ringer if they ever need another actor to play The Incredible Hulk. Words are not your strongest suit, so you let your fists do any type of persuading that may need to be done, and your personality always stays more focused and serious. Sarcasm is lost on you, and your sense of humor doesn’t really exist all that often unless you’re holding a rocket launcher. It’s pretty apparent that subtlety isn’t your game, and this type of straight-forward delivery can be either a blessing or a curse – sometimes people don’t need to hear EVERY single thought you’ve had.

You’re also troubled by tragedy and dwell on the past, as your mind is clouded by revenge and only revenge. A firm believer in Ghandi’s famous “an eye for an eye” tradeoff, forgiveness is not something found in your vocabulary, but such thinking can lead to your own foolish decisions. Your warrior mentality may be courageous and “honorable,” but your unwilling nature to entertain any other thoughts on matters leads to an unintelligible stubbornness that can be a turnoff to others. Our worst decisions are made when our emotions are flaring, but this unfortunately is the state in which you come to the most conclusions.

A prisoner of your own mind, you’ve channeled years of pent up aggression into an imposing stature, but what happens when you reach your final destination? There’s a life worth living outside of our own mind, don’t become a prisoner of it.
