Where is this? Well, a lot of theories point to it being an old Rebel outpost, possibly even their original base on the remote jungle planet of Yavin 4. It certainly resembles that location, and it would make sense for the story to take our heroes back to the place where the plan to destroy the first Death Star was forged.

Wherever it turns out to be, it’s rumored to be the place we’ll first encounter Maz Kanata: the CGI alien voiced by Lupita Nyong’o. There’s also the possibility this is where Leia is based, or perhaps even both of them.

Eagle-eyed fans also spotted a Mandalorian flag among the many others on the battlements. Probably just a little easter egg and not anything Boba Fett-related, but hey, you never know.
