Watch Juggernaut And Colossus’ Epic Fight Scene From Deadpool 2

Watch Juggernaut take on Colossus in this epic fight scene from Deadpool 2, which Fox has now released online for your viewing pleasure.

Having crossed the $500 million mark at the worldwide box office this week, now is certainly a good a time as any to discuss the multitude of awesome cameos in Deadpool 2 – given that a figure like that suggests everyone’s seen the pic already.

Amongst those featured briefly in the David Leitch-directed sequel are a pair of Academy Award winners, one invisible (Brad Pitt) and one under heavy cosmetics (Matt Damon), Ryan Reynolds as Ryan Reynolds, and the X-Men. But of course, a fan favorite villain made an unlikely appearance as well and stole the show, literally tearing his on-screen competition in half.

That’s right, it’s the Juggernaut, bitch! Though it’d been rumored for a long time, the character’s cameo in Deadpool 2 was kept secret in the marketing campaign. That was probably made easier by the fact that Fox got Wade Wilson himself, Ryan Reynolds, to double up and take on the role, rather than bring in another actor and have to keep their appointment hush-hush. But now that the cat’s out of the bag, the studio has decided to release a rather awesome clip of the X-Men villain duking it out with Colossus, which you can watch up above.

It’s a great scene, and has us hopeful that this isn’t the last we’ve seen of ol’ Cain Marko, despite him meeting a pretty humiliating end in the film. If David Leitch has his way, at least, Juggernaut will certainly be back.

In a recent interview, the director said he hopes to explore the character’s particular skillset some more in the future, as the choice of location for his big battle didn’t really lend itself to his particular brand of destruction.

“I think there’s ground in the future to really expand on his powers. He only comes into the movie in the third act, and we kind of set the location, and I mean there’s only so much you can do with him in a mano a mano fight, you know?

The Juggernaut’s action comes from him like plowing through stuff, and he’s unstoppable, and we just didn’t really have that in the construct of the set piece. So I do look forward to in future installments, if they want to bring him back, to watch him wreck some shit.”
