When are they out? November 17th, 2017/June 14th, 2019

Who’s involved? The Justice League movies will reunite the premier players of BvS – Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams and director Zack Snyder – as well as Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher and Jason Momoa in expanded roles. Plus, supporting parts from JK Simmons, Willem Dafoe and Amber Heard have been confirmed so far.

What’s it about? From hints in BvS, we can assume that the movies will deal with the resurrection of Superman, the coming of Darkseid and, most importantly of all, Wonder Woman and Batman bringing together the Justice League. Also, if Bruce’s Knightmare comes true, they might even visit a dystopian future where Supes is a murderous dictator…

Verdict: Well, it’s what we are all waiting for, isn’t it? Just like the MCU before it, the DC Extended Universe revolves around the heroes coming together for this two-part movie event. Unlike Marvel, however, the movies will give us our first proper look at the likes of the Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg before their solo movies. If you thought Batman v Superman was a packed film, wait ‘til you get a load of these two.
