For their latest essential mix, Justice offer up an eclectic selection of music from the likes of Pink Floyd, Air, John Carpenter, The Rolling Stones and more, making for an organic playlist with a distinct rock edge. Over the course of two hours, the duo eschew the dance music undercurrent that informs their own output to put the spotlight on their most important influences.

Coming nearly a decade after their first essential mix back in 2007, Justice deliver a suitable follow up to their first outing for BBC Radio 1. While it may lack the disco friendly rhythmic appeal of their new album, their latest essential mix definitely makes for an interesting listen.

In addition to the new mix, Justice recently announced a world tour in support of Woman as well as an upcoming NYC performance for New Year’s Eve. Suffice to say, it’s a good time to be a fan of the duo.
