Anticipation for Skrillex, What So Not and RL Grime’s upcoming collaboration has been running high since it was first announced back in September. Dubbed “Waiting,” the song was teased throughout several live performances before receiving a release date last week when RL Grime closed his latest Halloween mix with it. Finally, the single will be released tomorrow, and a new preview for “Waiting” has hit social media to hold us over until then.
Taking to Facebook, RL Grime posted a video with a minute long audio teaser for “Waiting.” The video itself features clips taken from retro 80’s phone sex commercials with a 1-800 number listed at the bottom, set to the soundtrack of the ethereal introduction to “Waiting” before cutting out a few seconds into the first drop.
