JD Vance receives a compliment about his eyes in Montana. Then he addresses what Trump has been noticing about other men: ‘We’re self-confident men’

'I am proud Congressman Zinke welcomed me in the right way.'

JD Vance addressed the recent trend of physical observations coming from the top of the ticket during an event in Belgrade, Montana on Monday, October 26, Unilad reports. The vice president shared a story about Rep. Ryan Zinke complimenting his eyes, which led him to reflect on the unique habit President Donald Trump has developed while on the campaign trail.

“Now, somebody told me that Ryan Zinke complimented my beautiful blue eyes earlier today,” the vice president said. He seemed to find the situation humorous as he continued his remarks to the crowd.

“I was very excited about that, you know. We’re not afraid. We’re self-confident men in the Trump-Vance administration. The president’s been noticing a lot about the physiques of everybody lately, and I am proud Congressman Zinke welcomed me in the right way,” Vance said.

The president has been vocal about the appearances of various people he encounters

Earlier this month, the president spent time discussing the physical build of Sen. Jon Husted during a rally. “I don’t do this with men very often, I started examining his body, because I didn’t know he was a great athlete,” the president said. He went into significant detail during that speech. “I watched up and down. I looked at his a and I looked at the whole – And then I looked at his hands. He’s got these like claws.”

The president explained that he was interested in the senator because he heard he was the best player on his former football team. He also shared his observations about the senator on a recent flight. “Today I watched him on the plane coming in, ranting and ripping, he’s becoming a different man, now that we find out he was a great athlete,” the president added. He noted that the senator is already one of the most respected figures in Washington despite his relatively short time there.

This is not the first time Vance has had to navigate these comments. He brought up the topic during a rally in Cincinnati, Ohio last week, while discussing the same senator. “Now, this is a tough act to follow, ladies and gentlemen, because what could I possibly say about Jon Husted that Donald J. Trump has not already said?” Vance said to the audience.

Vance made sure to clarify his own stance on the matter immediately after. “Don’t worry, I’m not talking about Jon Huston’s a–. I’m not talking about it. But I am gonna tell you, is that over the last two years in less than one-third of a Senate term, Jon Husted has gotten more done than most United States senators get done in 10 years in Washington, DC.”

The president has also extended these types of remarks beyond his political colleagues. In recent days, the president commented on the appearance of Nicki Minaj, specifically praising her “beautiful a–” before mentioning that he hoped she did not take the comment as an insult.
