10 Returning TV Shows That You Need To Watch This Fall

As is the case every year, this Fall will see the debut of countless new shows. Just some of those on the way include small screen continuations of movies like Limitless and The Minority Report, as well as even more comic book adaptations in the form of Lucifer and Supergirl. Throw in original dramas like The Bastard Executioner, Blindspot, and even a new take on The Muppets, and we're all going to be very spoiled for choice.

Agents of SHIELD

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been on the cusp of cancellation for a while, with falling ratings which are a million miles away from the numbers it received upon its debut in 2013. However, despite a weak start, the ABC series drastically improved when it tied into Captain America: The Winter Soldier and has since continued to be entertaining viewing for comic book fans.

While it sometimes tries a little too hard to link up to what’s going on elsewhere in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the show now appears to be moving towards superpowers as season three will see Skye embrace her new role as Quake when she and Agent Coulson assemble the Secret Warriors (a team of Inhumans).

If you’ve yet to watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., this is a great jumping on point thanks to the new status quo, and current viewers have lots to be excited about, too.
