6 Unanswered Questions We Have After The Mr. Robot Season 2 Finale

Earlier this week, fans finally got some of the answers they've spent the past few months desperately craving in the season two finale of Mr. Robot. The show has really taken a slow burn approach this year, introducing as many new mysteries as those it provides solutions to, and while "eps2.9_pyth0n-pt2.p7z" was satisfying in many ways, it was also extremely frustrating in others.

The finale reveals that E-Corp is using paper records in order to essentially undo the hack. Throw in the fact that they’ve also introduced their own currency, and it looks like they’re about to become more powerful than ever before.

It’s understandable then that Phase 2 is going to involve destroying those records even if, much to Elliot’s horror, that will mean hundreds of innocent people will end up being killed in the process. While Phase 2 is bad enough then, that doesn’t really address what comes next either for F-Society or the Dark Army once they’ve achieved that.

Why is Whiterose working both with and against E-Corp? We’ve heard power plants mentioned a few times, so it’s feasible that she]s using the hacker group as a way of essentially bringing down America so China can take over. If that’s the case, does Mr. Robot know about that, or is he too fixated on bringing down the corporation and possibly redistributing wealth so that everyone is on an equal playing field?

Whatever the answer may be, it’s clear that there’s still much more to this than meets the eye, and Elliot and Mr. Robot may find themselves forced to work together to stop it.
