This guy has a pretty cool backstory on how he became a superhero.

For those that don’t know, Black Knight inherited a family member’s castle, found a mythical sword hidden in it and then infiltrated the Masters of Evil as a way of helping out the Avengers. A TV show revolving around him could be all about those events leading up to Avengers: Infinity War, and then you could have the moment Black Knight is successful on his mission tie-in to the first part of the third Avengers film.

Incorporating Black Knight in the MCU isn’t needed, much like a majority of these shows or characters, but it helps add something special to all the inner workings. It also helps widen the spectrums of superpowers that exist in this universe.
