This show is one of my favorite ideas, and I sincerely hope Marvel will plan on making something like this for their universe.

Young Avengers is like the Avengers, but the members are younger, hence the name “Young Avengers.” With this you could work the plot to be about a group of teenagers with unique abilities who saw the Avengers during the New York attack and want to be just like them.

And with Spider-Man now going to exist in the MCU come 2016, you could even have him be the leader of the group. You’d also be able to incorporate the team into the feature-length films, and have S.H.I.E.L.D. register all of the characters post-Civil War and sanction them as one of their black-ops groups.
