8) Heroes Team-Up
Oddly enough, Jessica Jones appears to have scaled down the powers of its titular hero, with her flight and strength seemingly not quite on the same level as her comic book counterpart. However, she’s still tough as nails, getting into plenty of scraps and showing just how capable she is of kicking ass several times throughout the series.
With that in mind, one of the show’s best scenes sees her team up with Luke Cage in a bar fight which does an amazing job of portraying his abilities in particular. Whether it’s the way he effortlessly swats away the men punching him or the failed attempt of one of them to stab him in the neck with a broken bottle (not a good idea on a guy who has unbreakable skin), Jessica Jones introduces Luke Cage perfectly, and instantly establishes him as a powerful hero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
