Daredevil season two was certainly a largely satisfying run, as it further explored the lives of Matt Murdock and his friends and enemies, as well as expanding on the series’ mythology.

7) What’s Next For Matt and Karen?

It was always going to happen at some point, but in the final episode of season two Matt finally revealed to Karen that he was the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen.

Seeing as their friendship and romantic relationship was in tatters to start with, it is hard to tell how this reveal will affect things between them. Will it make the issues even worse, or improve them?  The big problem between them before was that they were both keeping secrets from each other, predominantly Matt. Now that the cat is out of the bag (or rather the horned helmet), their friendship will presumably heal, and perhaps their relationship as well.

If they do start up their relationship again, hopefully Matt will also come clean about Elektra – Karen deserves to know that the guy is on the rebound.
