Daredevil season two was certainly a largely satisfying run, as it further explored the lives of Matt Murdock and his friends and enemies, as well as expanding on the series’ mythology.

1) When Will Season Three Arrive?

With all these unanswered questions, we can’t wait for Daredevil season three to arrive so that they can be wrapped up. However, while it is pretty certain that there will be one, a third season hasn’t actually been announced.

Marvel’s plan is to release two Netflix shows a year. This year, for instance, we’ve got Daredevil season two and will later have Luke Cage’s debut run. The idea for 2017 was for Iron Fist’s initial season to land, as well as the big one – The Defenders team-up series which will bring together those three heroes, plus Jessica Jones.

However, that would mean we have to wait at least two years until the next Daredevil season. Will fans be happy to wait that long? Or will Marvel reschedule things so that the third season arrives before The Defenders? That would mean pushing back the most hotly-anticipated of all the Netflix shows, though.

Come on, Marvel, the only option is for you to just make an endless stream of these series for us to binge watch. It’s the only way we’ll be happy.
