8 More Villains We’d Love To See Appear On Arrow And The Flash

Arrow and The Flash both have tremendous leads and terrific supporting casts, but it's perhaps what they've done with their villains which is most impressive. Whether we're talking about season long threats like Deathstroke and Reverse-Flash or those who just pop up week to week, many of them are actually so great that it's become impossible to imagine any of the upcoming DC Comics movies topping them.

Psycho Pirate

The Flash has done a superb job of utilizing some seriously obscure DC Comics villains for Barry Allen to square off against on a weekly basis, and Psycho Pirate is someone who should definitely make his presence felt in Central City. His main ability is controlling emotions, and while we saw something similar in season one, a few alterations to his powers (which are tied to the mask he wears) might just help establish him as a serious threat.

Ok, so he may sound kind of lame then, but it’s worth noting that Psycho Pirate also has the ability to see into the Multiverse and was a key player in the famous Crisis on Infinite Earths storyline, so he could actually end up being a vital part of the Scarlet Speedster’s journey between different realities.

He’s also been known to bring the dead back to life, so don’t be too quick to laugh him off.
