Calendar Man

Known for starring in one of the best Batman stories of all-time, Calendar Man could be utilized in any number of ways in Arrow.

The former feels like a much more satisfying option in all honesty, though, and it would actually be refreshing to pit the Green Arrow against someone like this instead of people who want to destroy Star City; that’s a plot device which is beginning to grow a little stale after all.

Regardless, there’s a ton of potential here and unless the Batman movies have plans for Calendar Man, this needs to happen.
