8 More Villains We’d Love To See Appear On Arrow And The Flash

Arrow and The Flash both have tremendous leads and terrific supporting casts, but it's perhaps what they've done with their villains which is most impressive. Whether we're talking about season long threats like Deathstroke and Reverse-Flash or those who just pop up week to week, many of them are actually so great that it's become impossible to imagine any of the upcoming DC Comics movies topping them.

Lady Shiva

Responsible for at least some of Batman’s training, Lady Shiva is perhaps the deadliest assassin in the DC Comics Universe, and Arrow could very easily utilize her in the show’s flashbacks to reveal that she had a hand in helping Oliver become such a skilled fighter.

Sometimes portrayed as an anti-hero, the show could either go down the route of making her a morally questionable character or someone who started off as being good in her earlier days, but returns to Star City as a villain. While the Green Arrow’s greatest weapon may be his bow, Lady Shiva doesn’t need anything more than her hands, and it would be interesting to make season five’s big bad a woman after four male antagonists.

Of course, she could just as easily make a one off appearance, but that feels like it would be a waste, so hopefully they find a use for Shiva soon.
