With the relationship between Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak finally at an end, Susan Williams has become the hero’s main love interest in Arrow. Her investigation into her new boyfriend’s time in Russia led to the journalist deducing that the mayor of Star City and Green Arrow are one and the same and things do seem to be going well for them so far. However, there could be more to her than meets the eye.

Vigilante does seem to have backed off since since Susan learned Oliver’s secret identity, but is that because she’s the one beneath the mask and no longer wants to target the man she loves? It’s definitely possible, and would make for a great reveal. Arrow will have to do a lot in order to make this twist work, to be sure, but of all the relatively new characters in the series, Susan seems to be the most likely candidate.
