6) Anarchy
Lonnie Machin’s story arc in Arrow has been a lot of fun to follow and he’s become a recurring villain thanks to his ties to Thea Queen. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to take down the Green Arrow and cause mass death in Star City, Anarchy deciding to take his mission in a slightly different direction as Vigilante is a twist which has some potential, even if it does feel like something of a 180 for this particular character.
Despite that, this reveal would make the whole Vigilante storyline a lot more personal for Team Arrow and means Machin could be freshened up and brought back as a recurring presence here. After failing so many times to take down Oliver Queen, attempting to become a better vigilante than he is does make sense for him and wouldn’t necessarily be a reveal that fans would see coming.
