8 Wild Predictions For Who Could Be Vigilante In Arrow Season 5

Much of Arrow's fifth season has revolved around who Prometheus is, but Adrian Chase being beneath the mask left everyone reeling. That's because the comic book version of the character is better known as Vigilante and most assumed Chase would at some point be revealed as being the mysterious and violent anti-hero.

As we mentioned at the start of this article, the comic book version of Vigilante is, in fact, Adrian Chase. That’s what made the Prometheus reveal so surprising, but what if the real Adrian Chase is still out there somewhere? The two villains definitely share the same sort of belief system and if Prometheus knows the man we’re assuming he’s been impersonating, it’s possible they could have agreed to switch places.

It’s admittedly a tad convoluted, but there’s probably a way this could be made to work, especially if the real Chase comes back and claims he’s been kept somewhere by Prometheus only for us to later learn that he’s actually Vigilante and was somehow in cahoots with season 5’s big bad. Chase is the only man to have held the Vigilante mantle in the comic books, so it’s hard to escape the feeling he could still factor into this story somehow.
