Five Things We’d Like To See On CW’s Arrow

The CW has done a great job with Arrow so far by taking a comic book universe and putting it into a modern day setting. They've managed to introduce some familiar characters from the comic, and weave in some interesting new faces. That being said, there are still some improvements that they can make and here are five things I really hope they get to at some point during the series run. Since it seems like the show is grounded in reality, I'll not pine for any super powered characters to appear. But if they add that super side to the show at some point in future episodes, I'll revisit this list for sure.

4) Cheshire

Cheshire is the murder for hire, mercenary, assassin type that in the comics has a relationship and a child with Roy Harper, who is the original sidekick of Green Arrow. The CW has already confirmed the Roy Harper character will be introduced at some point, so why not bring the deadly Cheshire into the universe as well? She also has ties to Deathstroke, who has already been introduced to the Arrow mythos.

5) The Black Mask

Roman Sionas is a psychopathic mob boss in Gotham City that goes by the name The Black Mask. He’s more associated with the Batman rogues gallery of villains, but he’s a character that I feel would work well in the universe that the CW is creating. Having him try and move his criminal empire into Arrow‘s Starling City would give another visually appealing villain for the show to work with. In the comics he has an association with Deathstroke, so they could pursue that plot line as well.

So there you have it, five things I’m hoping to see in Arrow. Only time will tell if the network decides to go in any of the directions listed above but in the meantime, let us know in the comments where you’d like to see the show go.
