Firestorm in Legends of Tomorrow

Franz Drameh Will Return For Legends Of Tomorrow’s Season Finale

In its early days, Legends of Tomorrow was intended to be an anthology show, with storylines isolated to each given season and different lineups being showcased in each subsequent year. Of course, plans soon changed as viewers became attached to certain characters, but as time has gone on, we have seen a fair amount of heroes come and go.

A recent example of this would be Franz Drameh’s Jefferson Jackson, someone who’d been around since the pilot episode. After the other half of Firestorm, Victor Garber’s Martin Stein, exited the series, Drameh soon followed suit, as the writers may have not been able to figure out a way to keep his character around sans superpowers.

Fortunately, Jax’s position on the Waverider will soon be filled by none other than Kid Flash, but that doesn’t change how abrupt the former’s departure felt, or the lack of impact that it had. Really, I can’t be the only one who thinks he needs a proper sendoff.

As it turns out, he’ll get his chance because, according to ComicBook.com, Drameh will be returning for Legends of Tomorrow‘s season finale that’s set to air this April. Granted, it’s currently unknown what role he’ll play or if he’ll return for a potential fourth season, but this is great news for fans regardless and we can’t wait to see him back on our screens.

Also, in case you hadn’t heard, Jonah Hex will be returning in that very same episode as well. Likewise with him, his respective role remains shrouded in mystery, but Sara Lance and company will surely need all the help they can get in the final battle against Mallus.

Legends of Tomorrow airs on Monday nights on The CW.
