Nora Returns In Sneak Peek At Tonight’s Episode Of The Flash

After dazzling us all with one hell of a season premiere last week (you can check out our review here), you could say the sky's the limit for what The Flash can achieve in its fifth season. The hit DC show may have had its ups and downs just as any series does, sure, but I can't be the only one thinking it's once again managed to capture lightning in a bottle.

Of course, everybody is likely still reeling after seeing that awesome poster for the “Elseworlds” crossover, but it’s important we not lose sight of what’ll go down before then. In fact, we’re going to talk about what’s on tap for tonight’s episode right now.

Thanks to the sneak peek embedded at the top of this article, we find out that Nora will be spending time with Barry outside of their general superheroics. Funny enough, she’s muscled her way into his day job as a CSI and hilariously struggles with adapting to modern investigative methods. Don’t forget, she follows the very same career path in her native time but no doubt has fancier tools at her disposal over there.

As you may have figured, Barry’s tutoring of his daughter in the ways of the speedster will also continue, so expect the two to receive much screentime during tonight’s installment. I don’t know about you, but Nora is such a natural fit for the series in my eyes and I look forward to seeing more of her.

For more on “Blocked,” be sure to to check out the official synopsis:

CHRIS KLEIN JOINS “THE FLASH” — As Barry (Grant Gustin) helps his daughter, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy), become a better speedster, he and Team Flash also track down a meta stealing high-tech weapons, only to cross paths with a new foe named Cicada (Chris Klein), who is hunting the very same meta with nefarious intent. Kim Miles directed the episode written by Eric Wallace & Judalina Neira (502). Original airdate 10/16/2018

The Flash airs on Tuesday nights on The CW.
